The magic of Zion National Park keeps me coming back time and time again. Autumn is my favorite season, when the Virgin River is lined with a palette of blazing color. As I stood at this location I was in awe of how powerful Mother Nature can really be. The watchman mountain towered over this intimate valley and the gurgling stream echoed its song. I waited for the clouds to color as they touched the mountain, and took my shot. I get such a buzz out of photography when I can capture moments like this and it’s what keeps me going–knowing I can share the feeling with everyone.
